Curro Barreño and Jesús Olivares. Jesús Olivares and Curro Barreño. Two excellent vine growers, a promising pair of new winemakers. Ca Dimat, Fedellos do Couto and Peixes are three projects with very similar personalities: they have small plots lying at high altitudes, with native varieties cultivated in a sustainable way, they intervene as little as possible in the winery and the maceration process has very little extraction. The result? Wines that tell stories of their surroundings. Stories of the varieties, the climate and the land. Elegant wines. Fine wines. Delicate wines.
