About Fuentespina Crianza

Fuentespina Selección Crianza is a red wine produced by the winery Fuentespina in D.O. Ribera del Duero.
This winery was founded in 1995 by Avelino Vegas , the owner of the group Bodegas Avelino Vegas to which this winery belongs.
Fuentespina Selección Crianza is made 100% with the Tempranillo variety. The grapes come from old vineyards that around 50 years old.
To make this wine, the must macerates and ferments at a controlled temperature. Then, Fuentespina Selección Crianza is aged for 16 months in new French oak barrels.
2011 Expansive and fleshy upon entry, its viscous progression imparts delicate fruity sensations interwoven with rich, spiced nuances. The tannins are ripe and the acidity is harmoniously balanced.

Attractive picota cherry hue with garnet reflections.

Pleasant aromas of ripe black fruit accompanied by subtle toasted and sweet notes.
2010 In the mouth, it is a powerful wine. Tasty, fleshy and spiced wine with ripe tannins.

Cherry red colour with maroon edge.

Very toasted, roasted, chocolate, toasted caramel and ripe fruit aromas.
