Bérêche & Fils Reflet d'Antan Brut is a sparkling Brut wine made by Bérêche & Fils with the Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meuniervarieties in the AOC Champagne, in Champagne (France).  
 
Bérêche & Fils is a family estate in the mountains of Reims which has been working its 9 hectares of vines since 1847. In 2004, when brothers Raphaël and Vincent Bérêche took over, the winery reinvented itself and its wines became a benchmark in theChampagne region. Based mainly on the recovery of ancient techniques, they apply such a personal stamp on their elaborations that they’ve achieved great success. 
 
Bérêche & Fils Reflet d'Antan Brut is made from several plots on shallow, calcareous soils. Respectful agriculture is practiced, without systematic treatments and herbicides, and the yield is limited to achieve maximum concentration in the grape.
 
Bérêche & Fils Reflet d'Antan Brut is the result of a blend composed of a 'réserve perpétuelle' started in 1985 and kept in 500 and 600 liter barrels. Two thirds of the solera is bottled and aged for 36 months before disgorging. Finally, a dose of 6 g/l of expedition liqueur is added. 
 
Bérêche & Fils Reflet d'Antan Brut is a very special cuvée with subtle oxidative notes. A complex and nuanced champagne born from the fusion of the tradition of Jura wines and the personal seal of the house.
